Xavier Baizar is a 24-year-old audio professional born in Long Beach, raised in Chicago, and now rooted in Los Angeles. Currently studying Audio Production Engineering at the Los Angeles Film School, Xavier blends technical growth with years of proven management experience. His leadership background has shaped his ability to guide artists, organize projects, and maintain high-level studio operations with confidence and clarity.

Xavier’s connection to music started early, driven by a natural ability to communicate through sound and storytelling. At Jam Rocc Recording Studio, he uses his management expertise and sharp attention to detail to create a supportive, structured, and inspiring environment for every artist who walks through the door. He thrives on building relationships, understanding creative needs, and helping artists bring their ideas to life.

Creatively motivated by emotion, energy, and the unifying power of music, Xavier continues to refine his engineering skills, expand into full production, and build a meaningful career within the music industry. His long-term vision is to merge strong leadership with technical mastery—supporting artists, elevating projects, and growing his influence across the music landscape.

Originally from Mebane, North Carolina, Ju is a Hollywood-based engineer and producer with roots in church choir and a lifelong love of music. He’s trained at the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences, 1500 Sound Academy, and is currently attending LA Recording School, specializing in Pro Tools, Melodyne, and live sound.

An artist himself, Ju loves helping creatives shape their sound and is preparing to release his own projects. Known for his approachable energy and vibe, he’s focused on earning his Associate’s in Audio Engineering and eventually opening his own studio and record label.

Mitch is an elite producer, songwriter, and engineer based in West Hollywood, specializing in clean recordings, sharp mixes, and modern, artist-driven sound. Known for his efficiency, precision, and collaborative approach, he delivers high-level production that elevates every project while remaining easy to work with and deeply focused on the artist’s vision

Sam is an audio engineer/ producer with multiple years of engineering experience and a degree in Audio Engineering. Skilled in Pro Tools, Logic Pro, and FL Studio, he delivers crisp, professional mixes across hip-hop, R&B, and soul. Comfortable with analog gear and industry-standard plug-ins, Sam brings a polished, versatile sound to every project, backed by years of industry experience

Solomon Islam is a 21-year-old audio engineer and producer based in Los Angeles. Known for his technical precision and creative versatility, he works across all genres to help artists bring their sound to life. With a modern approach to production and a strong ear for detail, Solomon continues to build his presence in the LA music scene through high-quality engineering and original production.

Dev is a multifaceted graphic designer, audio engineer, and music producer specializing in Pop, Rock, and R&B. Known for her creative versatility and strong songwriting skills, she brings a fresh and dynamic approach to every project. Dev is now one of our in-house floaters, available in the studio Monday through Wednesday afternoons to support artists with both production and creative direction.

Johnny is a seasoned Producer and  audio engineer specializing in Hip-Hop, R&B,

With a versatile approach and deep genre knowledge, Johnny ensures each track is perfected and aligns with the artist’s vision while elevating the overall sound and improvement of the project. His vibes are very professional and motivating to push forward

Row is a U.S. Marine veteran, artist, and engineer based in Los Angeles. He currently serves as an engineer, videographer, and photographer at Jam Rocc Recording Studio while studying Music Production at LA Recording School.
