To maintain a productive and respectful space for all, please follow our house rules:

General Rules

• Payments are to be made prior to appointment.

• No ski masks allowed.

• A valid ID is required for entry.

• All sales are final; no refunds.

• Must be at least 18 years old to book a session.

• All minors must be accompanied by an adult, 21 years or older, to appointment.

Studio Conduct

• No Loitering – Clients and guests must stay within designated studio areas. Please refrain from congregating outside the studio premises.

• No Fighting – Physical or verbal altercations will not be tolerated.

• No Property Damage – Clients are responsible for any damages to equipment, furniture, or the facility .

• Noise Control – Keep noise levels respectful, especially outside the building.

• Professionalism – Be punctual, respectful, and courteous to staff and neighboring establishments. Adhering to studio protocols.

• Cleanliness – Keep the studio tidy; dispose of trash properly.

• Equipment Use – Only qualified personnel may handle studio equipment. If you need assistance, please ask a staff member. Unauthorized handling can lead to damage or suboptimal recordings.

• Safety First – Follow emergency procedures and staff instructions as needed.

Room Capacity Limits:

• The Luxx Room: 4-6 people

• The Hot Boxx: 3-5 people

• The HideOut: 4-6 people
